General Site Rules:

No real pictures anywhere on the site - this includes photos of yourself. It also included computer generated or drawn images that look too real - eg images created by poser. These are called psuedophotos and are classed as child pornography if they involve a minor - therefore they are not permitted anywhere on the site (regardless of the apparent age of the subject). Offenders will be banned immediately and permanently!

In no area of this website are users allowed to talk about real children with a reference to any kind of sexual fetish. Comments like "my kids" are strictly forbidden even if the "kids" being referred to are over 18. Offenders may be banned.

Please do not post unrelated links in any areas of the sites - all links in signatures should be on topic.

Anyone under the age of 18 who admits to being that age will be banned. It may not be fair, but it has to be done for legal reasons.

Sign Up Emails:

Users found using a disposable, single use email address like mailinator will have their accounts banned.

Forum Rules:

No flaming Spam is not allowed in any part of the site. New threads and posts are being monitored by the forum software and use of known spam words, phrases or urls will result in your threads being marked for moderation. Threads marked like this will not be seen until they have been approved.

This is an English site so please post EVERYTHING in English NO REQUESTS: All our resident artists will draw what they want and deserve to be able to do so without feeling pressured to fill in requests. Unless the artist gives express permission you are not allowed to make a request via the Private Message system under any circumstance. Artists are asked to report abusers of this rule by forwarding the request message to one of the admins.
Persistent requests are a form of harassment and may result in a permanent ban from this site.

Roleplay Rules:

No forced actions in rps (eg check to see if the other party is comfortable with a more extreme scenario etc either at the start of the roleplay, through ooc comments or through private message) Sex is fine as long as everyone in the roleplay is comfortable with it, however all characters must also be of a legal age (18+) and this must be clearly stated in the first post of the roleplay. Rape (any non-consensual sex, sex acts, sodomy etc) is strictly prohibited in all roleplays with no exceptions. All sex scenes must be 100onsensual between the all characters involved (not just the roleplayers). Persistent offenders will be banned - permanently. To clarify: (From the characters point of view, not the roleplayers) Non-consensual discipline style scenes are fine, Non-consensual sex acts are not.

Gallery Rules:

If there is not a suitable are in the gallery (eg you have a picture by xxx but they do not have a section there) please request that a new section is added instead of uploading to "unknown artist" - alternatively (if the artist has very few works) upload to the Communal Gallery giving the artist full credit. If you know the artist, credit must be given. Do not upload work by other members of the community - please ask them to upload it instead, this way it will go into their own user folder. If you are an artist and have a lot of work you wish uploaded on you behalf please contact Ai who can sort this out for you (1000's of pictures can be uploaded to your personal user gallery with only a few mouse clicks) NOTE: you will be required to zip and email the pictures or transfer them by ftp (whichever is easier). Non-Constructive criticism is not allowed in any gallery area. Comments like "that is terrible" are not allowed. Constructive criticism like "MSPaint is not the best tool for editing and drawing, there are many free alternatives like GIMP which will help you produce much better results" are permitted. However if an artist has specifically requested to have no criticism then post no criticism whatsoever.

Requesting images from artists without their consent also constitutes as harassment (bannable offence)

Private messaging:

Harassment of members is strictly forbidden, and offending members should be reported to one of the administrators, when reporting please locate the buttont which should be below your avatar and look something like this "" which in turn will allow you to send the administrators a message along with the offending Private message, any reports made will be dealt with PRIVATELY by either Stoner or myself.

Disciplinary Policy:

Should you run afoul of of the site Rules, such as harrassment, sex acts with minors in a role play, or, frankly, if you cannot be civil in your posts and do not respond to warnings, then you WILL be banned for a period of time, the length of which is at administrator discretion and not subject to negotiation. This period of time will be displayed when you try to access the site.

Should you then, against all common sense, attempt to create another account to access the site before your temporary ban is completed, you will be permanently banned.

When you are put in the corner, you stay there, unless you want a spanking. The same philosophy applies.
