Post MyDiaper Blue & Super Boompa review

Here's a two for one special in terms of review.

MyDiaper Blue by Save Express and Super Boompa by The Dotty Diaper Company.

Let me begin by explaining how I got these diapers. So I logged into the Bambino site a few weeks ago to get my usual work diapers, the Rearz Rebels, but they were out of stock. So I tried the Rearz Canada site to try and get a case of them. To my surprise they were having a sale with both diapers I am reviewing for about 20% off. These are no longer available on the Rearz website so I am not sure if they are able to be purchased elsewhere or not.

I'm going to start with the review for the MyDiaper Blue by Save Express. At the time of purchase for a single package of 10 they were $23.05USD or $29.99CAD. In terms of price per sheet that works out to about $2.30USD each. Not a bad deal honestly. They sport a 4500ml capacity and are actually slightly thinner than the Rearz Princess and Rearz Rebels that I normally wear. In terms of how well they hold up, I survived an entire night of work with one on which was well beyond my expectations for being thinner than a Rearz. I have worn them to sleep in which they held up very nicely for that as well (especially with me being a side sleeper). In terms of design they are super cute all blue diapers with pink diamonds, unicorns and stars, white clouds, knights, blue stars, unicorns and diamonds and yellow stars. The waistband has white hearts all the way around making them all the cuter. The tapes hold up surprisingly well which I will never complain about. I like a nice strong tape. Now to talk about the bad with these. The only complaint I have is that the design has a tendency to rub off on your skin and clothes. These (and the Super Boompa both) have the same problem with the design rubbing off even without the use of rash cream. All in all the MyDiaper Blue by Save Express is a fantastic diaper. I give the MyDiaper Blue a solid 7 out of 10.

Now for the Super Boompa by The Dotty Diaper Company. At the time of purchase a pack of 10 cost $21.51USD or $27.99CAD this works out to be around $2.15USD per diaper. They boast on the package of the 5000ml capacity (which is slightly higer than that of Rearz Rebel and Rearz Princess). It is hard to really notice a difference as I have stated with previous reviews I am a girl who is incontinent and who does drink a lot due to medication so I'm not really able to tell if they've performed up to that expectation. Anyways, let's talk design. These diapers are all blue with comic-book inspired sound effects bubbles of various types and colors. The waistband, as to be expected from a company called The Dotty Diaper Company, is polkadots. These are another super cute diaper, at least in my opinion, and very functional having lasted an entire shift of work much like the previously reviewed MyDiaper Blue. As mentioned at the end of the MyDiaper Blue review, the design has a tendency to rub off on your skin and clothes even without the use of rash cream so be cautious with either diaper in terms of what you are wearing. All in all these are another really cute and functional diaper. The Super Boompa get a solid 7 out of 10 from me.

Thanks for reading another one of my lenthy reviews!
