After viewing around 10 pages, the ads that FORCE my browser to go to some gay porn site hit. Like I say, ads are fine, it's ads that take over my browser and crash it that aren't. There's a friendly way to do the ads and a hostile way to do the ads. How sad it is that you chose the hostile way. The object is to draw in people, not drive them away. Get the click-through traffic up, not down. Cash the check. Enjoy life!

Oh well, you got me to post...LOL! Doubt I'll do much here or buy anything through this site though. Being less-friendly in method and attitude doesn't win you any points or sympathy with me sweetcheeks. I don't need you as much as you need me and as many more people as you can get to up the take at the till from "good" advertisers. Anime/AB art is all over the place.

Well, the best way to guarantee no adverts is to donate ^^ PM me or Ai for the details. The reason it isn't in an open post is we don't want any paypal accounts to get shut down for activity related to an adult site, ne?

Actually we do not need people like you the idea is to encourage participation from users. Only non-participating users will see the adverts - users who take from a site and never give back. I myself have tested these adverts for several months (yes I have viewed them at the same frequency as ALL probationary users) and have never had my browser crash because of them. To exit the advert you just need to click the little red X in the corner - how hard is that? If your browser is crashing I highly suggest you get your PC fixed. In the meantime please enjoy you 100% free temporary ban

As always, creation of a second account during your ban will make the temporary ban permanent.

As a forewarning, in 1 weeks time users will be required to have 10 posts and be registered for 2 weeks before their account is upgraded from probationary user to registered user and they no longer see the adverts. Users who have already been upgraded in this timeframe will not be demoted however.

I would like to support this site however I can, but cannot afford to donate money. However, I am willing to continue seeing the adverts if this will increase the add-based revenue. If there is a manual "sees the adverts" flag that can be toggled on a user page, feel free to toggle mine back on after my "probationary period" is up.

I have the same login account on animeOTK, and my sentiment is good there too. It really is a small price to pay.

To be honest with you, a single person may increase advert revenue by less than 1 cent a day unless a few hundred regular visitors wanted to keep seeing the adverts It really won't make much difference :/

However I will look into adding a button to enable this (It will most likely be an option in you user control panel if I do add it, like "worksafe header")

Well, the site needs all the revenue it can get... I don't mind the ads that much and can't knock them whatsoever as I have yet to donate anything, so just like AI said, "Click the little red X in the corner". The ads go away, and DA still gets the revenue it needs.
