Tick Tock went the annoying clock in 18's bed room. She laid there on her bed in her beed room in her quiet apartment. She rolled and tossed back and fourth as she had these small flashes of memories in her dream's. So close yet so far each time she would get close to remembering something it slipped away. Soon enough she sat up and brushed some of her hair behind her ear and looked at her cell phone. She knew that on her own she wasn't going to get past these mental block's that Gero put in place by herself. She lifted her arm and picked up her phone and dialed one of the few numbers she had in it. She honestly wasn't happy about needing help with this but there was nothing she could do about it and as such she dialed Bulma's number.

18 sighed once she heard Bulma's voice. " Hey....sorry to call you at this hour. I need to ask you something and its really import. I've been having dream's lately and I'm pretty sure there of my past but thank's to what Dr. Gero did I can't really remember anything and when I try I feel like there's this mental block that just get's in my way. I was hoping you could help out. I'm mostly human but my brain and neck have these very small jack's you can use to see my programing and what not. maybe you can remove his block? " she asked as she stood infront of her window in just her panties and a paggy black night shirt. One of the perk's about being a andrid was that she didn't need sleep so the fact she was having issue's staying asleep wasn't actually a big deal energy wise.

Bulma smiled sincerely and used her most sympathetic voice "look soon as your ready come on over and I'll see what I can do." she said sitting up in bed wearing nothing but a pair of black panties and matching brawl. She was desperately hoping to help her friend in her quest to remember her life before Dr. Gero and she even had an idea on how she was going to do it. So one of the greatest geniuses in the world stood up and started getting ready since hse'd have to be up in a couple hours anyway . 18 started to get ready. She settled on a simple light green tank top and her usual tight jeans and orange sock's. " Bad? Well I can't really say. I don't really see them for very long and there pretty hazy anyway. The only thing I can really make out in them is that sometimes I'm infront of a mirror tying my hair in pig tales. " 18 admitted as she slipped her black flats on and made sure the puckle was set right before locking her place up and heading up to the appartment roof. " Why are you worried about what we might find? " she asked as she closed the door behind her and stood on the roof while talking.

Bulma was getting dressed herself. She dawned a white tee-shirt and a pair of blue jeans along with white flats "well think about it if you and your brother got kidnapped by Dr. Gero,,,," she faltered "or worse you volunteered" she couldn't imagine a life so bad that Gero was a good choice and so she couldn't help but feel worry for her android friend. during this conversation Bulma had been making her way downstairs to an open lab area where she'd started setting up her computer attaching several external cables to the Pc and pulling up several programs she'd used with android 16 all those years ago. She just prayed whatever they found in 18's memories was good and helped her friend find some kind of closure with her past.

18 thought about that for a moment. " Well still I'd rather know then have my whole past hidden from me. " she stated. " I'm getting ready to fly over so I have to hang up. I don't want to drop this thing while I fly. " she stated. Once the call ended 18 flew off. It wasn't going to take long to get to Bulma's place since they where in the same city just different end's. After maybe five minutes or so 18 landed outside and walked over. She rang the door bell figuring that Bulma was likely ready and waiting. She couldn't help but wonder what they we're going to find in her memories.

Bulma of coursestood up and left the prgrams running on her computer before immediately running out to answer the door and wasn't surprised at all to see android 18 standing on the other side waiting patiently for her to answer she of coarse opened the door and welcomed her friend Inside "hey 18 I think I have a pretty good plan for getting your old memories back" she said with her usual confident demeanor then sh e turned slightly more serious " however I should warn you there is a risk especially when we're dealing with someone's mind" she told her trying to make sure she knew this wasn't actually a sure thing. "and remember there's no guarantee this will work" she said leading the woman through the building to where she'd set up the computer,

18 listened as she walked noticing that Bulma wasn't being followed by little Trunk's. " I know. But I want to try. " she stated as she followed Bulma into the lab. " So I guess Trunk's is alseep still? " she asked as she watched Bulma set the table she would be laying on up and got the wires ready. She took a moment to show Bulma where the two jack's were. One was at the top of her spin while the other one was on the right side of her head perfectly hidden by her hair. Just as 18 stated the jack's where small and very hard to notice with out looking hard. Once Bulma was ready 18 laid on the table and relaxed.

"he's out doing kami only knows what with gotten" She sighed loudly " they grow up so fast" she said sadly smiling "anyway let's get this show on the road she said returning to her normal peppy nature hooking up the two jacks to the ports on 18 spine and and head before telling her to relax so she could get started she began typing away furiously at her computer and examined all the data coming in she noticed several blcocks in 18s memory cod however they were oddly placed incripted into the coding for mucle movement so removing the blocks would be a delicate process and she;'d need to avoid damaging any of the other code as best she could.
