Sounds like an advertisement ad. Why eat a berry and get poisoned just to see if it's edible? Why not just learn about that berry and skip the agony all together. In other words, learn about computers and learn about threats to prevent them all together. You don't even need a program, nor do you need someone else to tell you what is a threat.

But, guess that's just me.

All i'm doing is letting people know that there are these new viruses, trojans, etc. so that they know to be on the look out. This one, being Ransomware, will protect people in the case of them getting it cause it includes deactivation code, as well as the facebook page and twitter account for Panda Security, no other security system informs you as well as Panda does.

So, say that someone gets this, and i knew about it, and i knew how to stop it, but didn't say anything. They could end up doing something and then they'd tell me that it happened, i'd feel bad cause i could have prevented it.
