Babysitting a Superhero

[Diapered Avenger]

Carol opened the door for the babysitter when she arrived. "Hello there! So glad you could do this. Little Nicky is over in his playpen." She said as she invited the babysitter in. "There's money for pizza on the counter, some of his bottles are in the fridge, and the diapers are in his room."

The interesting thing is that Carol's "baby" was actually nineteen years old. Nick still had no idea how he was in his current situation. It all started a few months ago, when he was walking home, and he was blinded by a flash of light. He soon found out that he had gained superpowers, but with a huge drawback.

As soon as Nick got back, his mom was... oddly protective of him. It wasn't until he saw his reflection in the mirror that he realized something was wrong. Somehow, the flash had caused everyone around him to view him as a baby. He still wasn't sure why, and still wasn't sure if superpowers were worth it.

Right now, Nick was sitting in his playpen watching a babyish TV show while wearing nothing but a thick diaper with dinosaur designs on the front and a t-shirt with the phrase "Rebel Without a Potty" printed on it. He heard the door close and looked up. "Hello?" He asked, which came out to everyone else as incomprehensible baby babble.

Oh hello the babysitter said seeing him as 19 aren’t you a little old to be acting like this she said

Nick rolled his eyes, ready for a night of baby talk as he saw a stranger, figuring she was a babysitter. But then she talked to him like adult. "Wait, you can understand me?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Of course I can why wouldn’t i she said. The reason she could see him was because of an amulet she bought at an antique store 3 days ago which somehow has the ability to see through magic illusions

[Diapered Avenger]

"Because everyone else sees me as a baby for some reason." Nick replied, pointing to his current attire.

[Yingyangjesse]

What do you mean she said

[Diapered Avenger]

"Don't you think it's weird how you were hired to babysit, and I'm the only one here?" Nick asked.

[Yingyangjesse]

Hmm I need to try something she said taking off the necklace

[Diapered Avenger]

As soon as the necklace was taken off, Nick looked like a literal infant to the babysitter.

[Yingyangjesse]

She was shocked and put it back on ok this is wierd

[Diapered Avenger]

"Welcome to the last six months of my life." Nick grumbled.

[Yingyangjesse]

Ok so how did you end up like this

"One night, when I was walking home, I was blinded by this light, and I found out it gave me superpowers. But somehow, it gave me a secondary power. Whenever I'm not using my powers, everyone treats me like a baby."

[Yingyangjesse]

Ok then we’ll did you act any differently after the flash

[Diapered Avenger]

"I mean, some things have been different." Nick replied. "I'm somehow easy to pick up, I can't climb out of my crib or playpen, and I don't even remember how to use the potty."

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh ok then do you have other babyish tendencies also speaking of not knowing how to use the potty do you need a change

(I was thinking what gave Nick his powers was magical in original, which explains the drawback.)

"I... I can't really tell..." Nick mumbled.

[Yingyangjesse]

(Oh ok then) ok then let me check she said checking his diaper

(I was also thinking maybe some thugs could try robbing the house, so they fight them off.)

Nick was completely soaked.

(Ok then that sounds good) oh my looks like we have a little super soaker here she said

Nick blushed as the babysitter picked him up. "Come on, I can't help it!" He whined.

It’s ok I’m just teasing you she said picking him up my names alisa by the way what’s yours

"I'm Nick." He said while Alisa carried her.

(Alisa) ok nick so where’s your room

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick gave Alisa directions to his room, or rather, nursery. "I'm still not sure how it got like this."

Ok then so would you like some pizza after this or do you need to be fed alisa said

"I guess I can try. It sure beats baby food." Nick said while Alisa untaped his diaper.

[Yingyangjesse]

So do you have any other babyish tendencies she asked wiping his front

[Diapered Avenger]

"There are other things, but those are most of the babyish things I do." Nick said, blushing heavily at being half-naked

[Yingyangjesse]

What other things also legs up please she said as she threw away the diaper

Nick nodded and lifted his legs up. "Well, sometimes, I can only drink from bottles, and need a nightlight to sleep."

"Pretty much, yeah..." Nick mumbled.

Nick blushed as he was taped into a new diaper. "Thanks Alisa. What do you mean by babyish things?" He asked. "And I'd love some pizza! I haven't had that in months.

I mean like baby cartoons and baby toys she said as she went down stairs holding him

"I guess they're alright. I need something to entertain myself after all."

[Yingyangjesse]

Ok then so where is your highchair

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick groaned. "Come on. You know I'm not an actual baby, right?"

[Yingyangjesse]

I know but I still want to make sure your secure alisa saud

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick groaned as he pointed to the oversized highchair in the room. "Come on, this is humiliating!"

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh cmon it’s not that bad at least your getting piazza alisa said

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick sighed and crossed his arms. "I guess..."

[Yingyangjesse]

Ok here you go she said strapping him into the highchair and giving him a slice of pizza

Nick eagerly took the slice and started eating, getting sauce all over his face.

Man you really are a messy baby aren’t you

Nick looked in a mirror and saw how dirty his face was. "Sorry..."

[Yingyangjesse]

It’s ok baby let’s get you cleaned up

[Diapered Avenger]

"Can you please stop calling me 'baby'?" Nick asked. "You know it's just my powers."

[Yingyangjesse]

I know sorry but your just do cute she said pinching his cheeks

Nick groaned, as he really hated when people did that to him.

Cmon let’s get you cleaned up she said wiping his face

Nick unintentionally squirmed around a little as he was being cleaned.

(Sure there all done now why don’t I set you down ask we can watch something on tv

"Are you sure we can't talk more about that amulet now?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh ok then what would you like to know

"Well, where did you get it from?" Nick asked. "I mean, why are you treating this so casually?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Well I got it from a antiqe shop and it allows me to see magical illusions. And I come across a couple of them so this is not new. I don’t think I have any other powers but I am a stage magician

[Diapered Avenger]

"Do you think we could check out that shop? Maybe the owner knows about magic."

[Yingyangjesse]

Sure maybe she said but soon she heard footsteps

[Diapered Avenger]

"What's that?" Nick asked nervously.

[Yingyangjesse]

I don’t know let’s check it out

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick and Alisa slowly walked through the hall to see who was there.

[Yingyangjesse]

(What should the thief look like and why would he try to steal from a house with lights on or something)

[Diapered Avenger]

(Maybe they were after the amulet or detected Nick's powers and needed either one or both.)

[Yingyangjesse]

(Ok then that sounds good but what should he look like)

[Diapered Avenger]

(Maybe he could be baby themed and work for a nanny supervillain? Either that, or he could be a common crook.)

[Yingyangjesse]

It turns out the footsteps were from a thief that looked like the worker of a daycare. Who are you Alicia said (thanks I’ll choose nanny villian)

[Diapered Avenger]

"That doesn't matter. Hand over the amulet." The goon said bitterly.

[Yingyangjesse]

What do you want with my amulet

[Diapered Avenger]

"It doesn't concern you." He said, holding up a gun that looked like a baby bottle and pointed it at Nick. "Hand it over, or the baby gets it."

[Yingyangjesse]

Nick I think this is a great time to show me your powers

[Diapered Avenger]

"Do you have anything metal nearby?"

[Yingyangjesse]

I have some coins in my purse she said trying to find coins bet not seeing any then she sees something in nicks ear huh what’s this she then pulled out a quarter here maybe I could get more

[Diapered Avenger]

"No time for magic tricks!" Nick said as he ran over to the playpen and placed his hand on it before a metallic coat of armor materialized around him.

[Yingyangjesse]

I didn’t mean to It just sort of happened she then thought of something as she pulled out a rabbit from her purse gasp I have magician powers

[Diapered Avenger]

"Less talk, more fight!" Nick said as he charged at the robber.

[Yingyangjesse]

Ok she then pot the rabbit back and pulled out a long colorful handkerchief tie from her sleeve and used it as a whip

[Diapered Avenger]

The robber fired his gun at the two, clearly surprised by what they could do.

[Yingyangjesse]

Alisa caught the bullet with a cup in her mouth that magically appeared and shot it back at the robber

[Diapered Avenger]

The robber dodged the bullet, but not a punch to the chest by Nick.

[Yingyangjesse]

Nice punch alisa said

[Diapered Avenger]

"Well, I have some experience in fighting crime." Nick replied. "Should we wait for him to wake up so we can interrogate him?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Sure and wait you fought crime before

[Diapered Avenger]

"Well, I get out at night when I can since I first got my powers." Nick explained.

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh ok then how do you get out you must have a baby monitor which might be hard to avoid

[Diapered Avenger]

"My parents are very heavy sleepers, so they don't really notice unless I'm really noisy. Or sometimes, very smelly." Nick blushed at the last part.

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh ok then so maybe I could help you sometimes when your parents are busy Alicia said

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick shrugged. "I guess. You could always babysit me for cover. How about we tie up this guy now?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Sure that sounds great she said getting the rainbow handkerchief tie

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick got a chair to tie the man onto before they both waited for him to wake up.

So what should we do till he wakes up

Nick shrugged. "Eh, I don't know."

(Ok let’s do that) soon after a couple of minutes he starts to wake up)

"Rise and shine, buddy." Nick said sarcastically. "What are you doing here? Why do you need her amulet?"

[Diapered Avenger]

"It's one of several artifacts my boss needs. I don't know how she got it in the first place." The thug answered.

[Yingyangjesse]

I got it from an antique shop now who is your boss Alicia said

[Diapered Avenger]

"Why should I tell you that?" The thug spat.

[Yingyangjesse]

Because were the ones with powers and your tied to a chair in only one of my charges diapers

[Diapered Avenger]

"My master will save me eventually." He retorted, wanting to make it seem like he was in control.

[Yingyangjesse]

Here’s another cone kid Alicia said as she pulled one from the criminals ear

[Diapered Avenger]

"OW!" The criminal cried out in pain, until suddenly, he disappeared in a bright flash of light.

[Yingyangjesse]

What was that she asked

[Diapered Avenger]

"Hell if I know." Nick muttered. "Maybe his master did some magical thing to save him?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Yeah maybe but what was that about other artifacts

[Diapered Avenger]

"I think he said that your amulet is one of several magical trinkets, or something like that."

[Yingyangjesse]

Hmmm well we should definitely look into it sniff sniff but first did someone leave a present for me to clean up

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick's eyes widened in horror as he groped the back of his diaper and blushed. "I might have made a boom-boom..."

[Yingyangjesse]

It’s ok baby let’s get you changed but before that I think someone needs a visit from the tickle monster she said as she started to tickle him

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick fell to the floor as Alicia started tickling him, making him wet his diaper again in the process.

[Yingyangjesse]

The tickle monster won’t stop until the peepees all gone she said

[Diapered Avenger]

"Stop it! Are you trying to get me to leak?" Nick replied inbetween laughs.

[Yingyangjesse]

The babysitter didn’t hear him as she continued tickling tickle tickle ticklr

Nick kept laughing until he had let everything out into his sagging diaper.

Are you done baby she asked

[Diapered Avenger]

"I think so..." Nick said, clearly out of breath.

[Yingyangjesse]

Great now let’s get this little super soaker changed shall we she said

[Diapered Avenger]

"Hey, if I'm a super soaker, you're the one who made me one." Nick retorted.

[Yingyangjesse]

Hehe yeah your right she said with a smile

[Diapered Avenger]

Nick chuckled as he was placed down on the changing table, eager to be changed out of his messy diaper.

[Yingyangjesse]

So what do you usually do when your patrolling

[Diapered Avenger]

"Usually, I look around town for crime to fight, and maybe help out the police or fire department in rescuing people." Nick explained as his diaper was untaped.

[Yingyangjesse]

Do they know about your diapers (do you want them to know?)

[Diapered Avenger]

"Kind of..." Nick blushed. "It's the one secret they know about my civilian life."

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh really? She asked him

[Diapered Avenger]

"I'm not sure if this is a residual effect of my powers, but a lot of the cops are surprisingly okay with it, and some have even offered to change me after a fight." Nick explained.

[Yingyangjesse]

They do? But when I saw you transform your diaper was also covered in metal how could they change you

[Diapered Avenger]

"I guess sometimes, my armor vanishes when I need a change or something like that? I'm still not really sure."

[Yingyangjesse]

(I was thinking just the armor on the diaper vanashes) oh ok then have any of them did it

"A few times. The girl cops think I'm adorable." Nick blushed.

Oh well they are right she said pinching his cheeks with her clean hand

Nick groaned as Alisa punched his cheek. "Do you think you could just finish changing me already?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh ok then she then ginisged wrapping him there finished so your parents will come home soon so I guess I have to put you to sleep

"Do you think the next time I see you, we can go check on where you got that amulet from?" Nick asked as he was picked up.

[Yingyangjesse]

Sure that sounds great she said after going to the bathroom and washing her hands and picking him up

Carol came back back a few minutes later. "Hi! How was little Nicky?"

[Yingyangjesse]

He was such an angel hes sleeping in his crib right now hey maybe you can hire me for more days

[Diapered Avenger]

"Ooh, that's a great idea." Carol replied.

[Yingyangjesse]

How busy are you usually

[Diapered Avenger]

"Well, I have a little conference to go to for a few days next week. Would you mind babysitting Nick then? I'll pay double for each night."

[Yingyangjesse]

That sounds like a great idea she said

Carol smiled. "Great! I'll see you then."

[Yingyangjesse]

Ok see yah she said as she walked out

Carol waited for Alisa next week with all of her luggage packed.

Well that’s everything thanks for calling me yo babysit him while your out

"No, thank you for agreeing to watch over Nick for a few days. He really seems to like you." Carol replied.

Yeah I bet he does she said

"He's in his crib taking a nap right now." Carol said as she got her things together. "Thanks again for doing this!" She soon left Alisa alone in the house.

Nick soon stirred and saw Alisa hovering above his crib. "Morning." He said.

Nick nodded while he got up, using the bars of the crib for support. "Yeah, sounds good to me."

Ok then but first I can smell that someone left a present for me

Nick blushed and nodded. "I'm sorry. Is it bad?"

Enough to need a change she said

Nick groaned in embarrassment while he was picked up by Alisa and taken to the changing table.

So what happened while I was gone

"Nothing that important." Nick replied as he was placed on the changing table. "Did you do any research about the amulet?"

A little I saw a bit about it belonging to a magician in the 1930s

"And did you learn about anything like it?"

[Yingyangjesse]

Nope not at all she said

[Diapered Avenger]

"Do you know where the place you got it from is?" Nick asked while Alisa wiped him down.

Sure I even looked up a map to it

"Is it far away from here?" Nick asked.

No it’s not that far a walk

"Great. So can we go now?" Nick asked as he was powdered and rediapered.

Yeah we can go she said picking him up

"Come on, I can walk!" Nick pouted. "Please don't put me in the stroller."

The shopkeeper smiled when she saw Alisa come in. "Ah, hello there. Are you here to buy something else? Or do you not like your purchase?"

"What would you like to know?" The shopkeeper asked.

[Yingyangjesse]

Where did you get it she said

[Diapered Avenger]

"Well this amulet is said to have been one of several artifacts created by Merlin himself." The shopkeep explained. "It supposedly has the ability to see through any illusion or distortion in reality."

Wow do you Knopf any others and how did you get your hands on it

[Diapered Avenger]

"Well, there have been rumors of other talismans, but many of them have been lost to history. It could be possible that one of these talismans was behind the bright flash from a few months ago."

Huh my charge here said he was affected by a bright flash and was seen as a baby by every one after that but it also gave him powers she said

"Oh, don't worry, I know." The shopkeep said as she pinched Nick's cheek.

"Wait, you do?" Nick asked, eyes widened in surprise.

Yeah how do you know. Do you have powers

"Let's just say I'm... magically gifted, much like yourself."

(I edited my post) oh ok then so I also noticed that I gained magical ability’s when I wore my pendant she said as she pulled a rabbit from a sun hat

"That is because you have innate magical powers the pendant drew out when you first obtained it." The shopkeep explained.

"Didn't it feel natural to use magic just now?" The shopkeep asked. "If you want, I can help you train to use your powers, and also find a way to fix your charge's predicament."

"How can you do that?" Nick asked, knowing he could be heard.

(Sure boy or girl maybe the kid likes it if I’m playing them)

The shopkeeper nodded. "I actually know someone in a similar situation as you do. I just need to do some more research first."

"That's my daughter." The shopkeep replied as she got up and brought back a girl in a frilly pink dress that did nothing to cover her messy diaper.

"He sure is. Maybe you two can play together." She said.

"I was hit by a bright light which gave me superpowers, but not everyone else sees me as a baby. And my name's Nick. What's yours?"

My names Ashley and the same thing happened to me while I was walking around in my room. After that I walked out to do chores around the store like usual when suddenly the customers were cooing me and calling me cute then my grandma told me what was going on and I really liked it I thought of it being like a second chance at childhood since I’m an orphan

"So how does your grandma know?" Nick asked.

[Yingyangjesse]

Oh my grandma is magic Ashley said excitedly

"So did anything around you change? I know it did for me."

[Yingyangjesse]

Yeah it did I didn’t notice at first since I was walking to my door when I found out but when I got back in I noticed my room turned very babyish

"So did mine!" Nick replied. "Did you get any clothes with embarrassing phrases like "Warning: Toxic Waste"?

Yeah but I still like it a little it’s cute here I’ll show you once I get a diaper change. Do you want to see my room? Ashley said (Ashly is just in a pink flower t shirt and Disney princess diaper)

Nick shrugged. "I guess I'd like that."

Great follow me she said as she waddled towards her room as the two and the shopkeep followed her

Nick was taken out of the stroller and carried to the room.

The old woman opened the door and said tada do you like it she said as they saw a room with pink walls a yellow crib a white changing table a pink wardrobe and a pink and white sparkling toy box

"Did your grandma get any of this for you?" Nick asked.

[Yingyangjesse]

Well a bit of the clothes and toys Ashley said

"How about we clean you up before you keep talking?" The shopkeep cooed.

Ok grandma she said as she lifted her arms to be lifted

The shopkeep smiled and picked up Ashley. "By the way, my name is Hecate."

"I mostly use this to fight crime when I can, with my reward being diaper changes from cute police officers." Nick replied.

"I still can't believe you enjoy being treated like this." Nick said as Ashley was taped into a new diaper.

Well at first I liked it because it could give me a second chance at childhood but then I found I really liked being like this heymaybe I can teach you how to enjoy it
