A new female digimon called chronomon uses a psychokinetic pulse that attacks the power grid of the worlds and combines all the pokemon/digimon world into one dimension which causes all females below the age of thirty to gradually become permanantly bladder/bowel incontinent infantilists who can't change back even after chronomon is defeated multiple times in battle.

Yes eventually plus random females who love/enjoy wearing/using diapers for fun are also changed by chronomon's attack and only high level pokemon/digimon& ones with ghostly/psychic abilities will be unaffected by the attacks.

May walks into the forest to catch some new pokemon for her next contest battle and she spots paomon sitting there thinking "wow that isn't any pokemon I have seen before"& the pokedex responds uknown pokemon more data is required.

paomon spots may and immedeatly runs away thinking it is a bad digiomon since it has no digivice but he cant get to far before tripping and rolling into a tree

May picks up the injured Paomon and carries her to the nearest pokemon center for a quick checkup with Nurse Joy and her Chanseys.

May and Paomon arrive at the Pokemon where there is a bunch of trainers with pokemon that mysteriously devolved to the baby form of pokemon. There are all of the Nurse Joys and Officer Jennys to handle the overflow of affected pokemon which is all non psychic/ghost/legendary/rare types whoare unaffected by chronmon's attacks.

The Nurse Joys an Officer Jennys also have to change the diapers of younger trainers who suddenly started having wet/messy accidents right after chronomon's attacks. May is shockingly surprised to see her brother Max in wet/messy diapers and having his wet/messy diapers changed at that very moment in one of the empty changing rooms. May asks Max what hapened to him and he said that he woke up this morning in a toddler bed wearing diapers/toddlerclothes while still in his room which had changed to the toddler version of his room that he had slept in for his whole life.

May put on her favorite pair of yellow footie pajamas and asked a bottle of warm milk to help her sleep in her teen sized toddler bed with side up.

Gatomon mumbled yawning again. just hope May will let me and Paomon out soon... Gatmon then slowly closed her eyes as she slowly drifted off to sleep sucking the nipple of the bottle

may wakes up from the noise and takes paomon&gatomon tp the kitchen where she places them in matching ighchairs where she feeds them some little sandwiches with a bottle for each of the baby digimon to drink ith their meals. She makes a bottle of chocolate milk and drinks it while May quietly changes her diapers which are soaking wet from being scared awake by all of the noise the naughty baby digimon were making while she tried to sleep.

May adopts baby chronomon and promises to take care of her for the rest of diapered life in the new world where all females are permanently big babies for the res of their lives.

May and gatomon open the old looking chest which contains an strange looking shiny greenish golden gem with with looks a picture if chronomon on it so this must the gem.

Did they really know about Cronomon? back when they made this centre? Gatomon asks digging out a gem and inspecting it.

May says "it looks like chronomon's ancsestors created the gem to power up the chronomom we fought and it says here gulp we have to grind the gem over our food followed eating the remnants of the gem which once digested&pooped into our diapers the curse will be lifted for the world."

Oh ok.. Gatomon shrugged so we have to take these gems up to the others upstairs? Gatomon asked still inspecting the gem in her hand.

May says "we have grind all of the gems and feed the remnants to everyone in center&once the curse is lifted here the curse will be lifted for the entire world."

We make all of the gems into a giant sandwich which everyone eats greedily and they are done their stomachs grumble which causes to massively mess their diapers. there is a giant pulse of light spreading fprm their diapers hwich covers the world in a curse breaking rays which returns everything to normal except for all females in the world needing diapers at night
for the rest of their lives.
