Well, there aren't realy any rules here. Just Im gonna be the father of the kids and baby them.

My (wife) or the person who takes the position will help me take care of them.

Well, I was thinking somewhere of all our children were never toilet trained because we didn't want them to grow up

I have another idea in which all kids below the 18 cannot start potty training and it has penalties of the parents allow the kids to start potty traing before the age of 18.

maybe but then we need ot think how thatreltes to thew world perhaps the y age slower so 18yo arreable to tlak alike adults but ar not adults in the normals sense. another idea is a regresion virus that only affects thoseunder18
