Just wondering if anyone had ever thought of using congenital analgesia as a theme for a diaper based story? Its basically a medical condition in which the said person cannot feel pain in anyway, whether through intentional or other harm. The part of it relating to diapers being that they also have no control of their bowels since they literally feel nothing when they have to go. Just thought i'd ask in case someone was looking for a new angle :p
