sorry, i'm kind of new to this whole forum thing so i have very little idea as to what i'm doing. i don't suppose someone could tell me if everyone is limited to 3 private messages (i think that's what a pm is...) a day or have i done something wrong?

the limit is 3 per day until you reach participating user, this would be a spam prevention filter as most bots would just join then send 100s right off the bat if they could, this limit is subject to possible change.
