Well people's memories change to Johnny and his sister's always being a baby/toddler's Mary and Susan's memories change to the same thing with them having the IQ of a toddler which also makes me think that if that does happen then dukey would be like any other dog because Mary and Susan wouldn't be smart enough anymore to understand everything they've ever made so they can't make dukey smart also for baby sitters I think sissy would be best because Jonny who remembers life before would hate having her see him in a diaper

No more like they have accidents sometimes but if they have to Many accidents then they could be put in diapers

Oh ok well if everyone thinks that Jonny and his sister's are baby/toddlers then it makes sense for Susan and Mary to be in pull-ups while Jonny is in a diaper as for what I like I guess full baby treatment baby talk breast-feeding diaper checks everything
