Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

humm well I was thinking have garra be sent to the leaf to be watched over for hes weak still over he was brought back by that granny.but he keeps getting out and sakura has been beating him like naruto for his stupidy .but garra keeps it up and he finally is knocked loopy so bad he regressed that can be where to rp starts.if you want.seeing as he has not been diapered yet.so could you be like Tsunade for abit then who you want to take care of garra been thinking he was a ok guy to diaper.
a ok so you watched the series at all.humm we need a base hows a what if seen where garra and naruto decide to live in a neutral area in-between the 5 great nations .naruto I would say did it for easier training so he need not hold back .
.garra would have for most of the people still fear him and he needs a place he need not scare any one.that combined with the fact he is thought as by alot of the people he ruled over as a danger.
