Hmm, that could be interesting. I think we can essentially do both, where it is a custom region but we can keep some elements vague to discuss on later when need be!

Its fine being vague yeah, or just straight up work on a custom region if we wanna go the route of them becoming a "mysterious sisters" battle pair, make them go through the gym challenge again in a brand new strangely diaper obsessed region :P
