If not, then simply having the ability to temporarily regress people without buffs could help when fighting other magical girls. As for the wish itself, I'd say letting her change between her normal age or her sister's age (since it would be difficult to fight witches in a baby's body.)

For a slightly lighter RP, it could be that her powers allow her to remove grief from a person's soul gem by temporarily regressing them.

Well what powers would regression add should she switch ages with her sister or just regress would it allow time travel if someone becomes a witch
