I think that's STV , Single Transferable Vote. If you're first vote doesn't win your vote goes to your second choice and so on. That way the vote is not 'wasted' on the loser so everyone can get someone they can at least tolerate. We have it for council elections.

I belive you pick 1st 2nd and 3rd in terms of preference and there are multiple tallying rounds, but don't quote me

Which system do they use? We've got like 3 for three levels of government , makes elections very confusing.

True. I'm a fan of how the Irish do their voting system

I think most people don't really want either to win. A flaw in the two party system. Unfortunately , voting for no one gives you no power. On the bright side there won't be any more racist comment about Obama.

The thing is the feds have more important things to do like making sure the trump supporters don't start a rebellion over Clinton winning and they have to keep the trump campaign from intimidating voters

If she's elected the directer can wait all day at home with his redundancy package. I mean if it was true democracy , then it should be her skills that should get her in power, but it's not. And if she wins she gets to know everything so what does it matter.

Yeah the thing is the FBI director reopened the investigation into Clinton's email because he found emails that may be pertinent on the computer of a disgraced senator whose former wife was a long time Clinton aide. COULD THAT HAVE NOT WAITED UNTIL AFTER THE ELECTION?!

Ehh , rule 1 of being prime minister/president , keep your civil service happy because leaders come and leaders go , but they're always there.
