I’m thinking that she only needs to wear throngs like that in the home base, but wears regular clothes outisde, but keeps the diaper so the babies trust her more.

Maybe to get the other babies to trust her more since the majority doesn’t trust them.

Also I’m thinking there’s an organization of bad babies and they need a leg up.

Yeah, maybe the rule is no potty training. I’m thinking the babies also need big kids because they’re still babies and can get distracted easily.
