Well I dabble in the game still but that annoying way they promote it on the menu/start-up screen is mad I don't even think and other game does that kind of shit ,well Skyrim likely will when it gets its version of the Creation Club for everyone but otherwise I don't think any other game has done that. Closest I can think of is the Saints Row 3 and 4 games and they did it in a way that wasn't a insane obtrusive eyesore manner way

On the feature matter I take it you haven't heard of the Creation Club? Its a feature they added after release and only recently they added basically and I'd not be as bothered by it if not for the fact you can't really ignore the damn thing as they got like this annoying add on the start-up screen of the game that is a eyesore and makes the visual no matter how brief of the screen art you see before starting to play it be not nearly as pretty with the amount it blocks

Whats worse Spyro games are clearly meant as a one player game and whoever made the call it was a good ideal for a two player game with a chaining character mechanic in a Spyro game was stupid as heck

Also if you ever play Spyro games I advice keeping away from the ps3 game, its not that its bad its just its geared more for two people to play at one time and the AI for who you aren't playing at the time is shit. Add that to the annoying mechanic that is a mechanic type that almost no one has ever liked in any game past or present makes it worse. Granted its a fun game it just gets rather frustrating when its just you playing as the AI who controls who isn't being played at the time is rather flawed and can't seem to understand half the time how you want or need it to go as that one mechanic I brought up limits what you can do without either who is playing with you or the AI gets what you need done
