Yeah, it made me wonder why she was kept as a fairy during the previous arc.
Okay, that works.

So, we have our main characters assigned and a very basic plot. Do you want to start it, or is there something else you want to go over?

It turns out the Yui has the ability to change her form into whatever she desires (in the latter half of Sword Art Online ll you see her in her original form and not as the personal fairy).

If we're doing it in real life, it might be better to keep it to Suguha and Silica. Unless we want to wrap a diaper around a projector...that'd be really weird.

Well Yui can't fight or get hurt cause she's a personal fairy, remember?
It can be in real life as well if you want, and there could be some way for Asuna and Yui to do it using the projector

I'm not sure about making Yui an actual account (I think she could adjust her settings and match the lowest level and gear amongst the group), but the tree idea has some merit. So the 2 (Leafa and Asuna) who last the longest gets to baby the two that don't? Sounds good.

And as for the actual diapers in the game, Yui can simply use her admins access to create some (although she'd have to first research what it is as I doubt Yui would instantly know.

And for Leafa and Silica, is there half of the bet going to extend to real life as well or stick to in-game?

Perhaps they first make Yui an actual account. Then they see who lasts the longest in the tree. The bottom two have to wear diapers and be the babies of the upper two

That works. Yeah, I'm aware of the projector. However I think it's limited to a camera and minor maneuverability qualities. I suppose it would still fit for dialogue, but that would be the limit in that area.

So for the plot, do we want to do some type of tournament?

Yeah I know. And usually its easier for it to be one big plot. But you know Kirito has a projector that allows Yui to interact with the real world right?

Well, there could be two plots to fix a double or just one big one.
If there are two plots, then maybe Leafa and Silica are doing some type of school project for a fair. Something that would require them to go online.

And then Asuna and Yui would of course be restricted to SAO so we'd need to find something for that.

And while on the subject of online, we need to keep in mind that Asuna would have to get off at times to eat, sleep, etc.
