hi, so, a few ideas I had where this ones:
1) sonic(either them or any of the characters) ends up being grabbed by robotnic, wanting to try to use them as a "succesor" maybe, regresses them and puts him in a egg nursery where they have to try to escape(could also just be a new villain)
2) tails, feeling still in the shadow of sonic, tries to maybe use a device to make himself feel like sonic, accidentaly the device doesn't work how he wants, changing both his age and sonic(maybe also other characters to) as it ends up getting sonic younger, needing now a way to find how to fix it
3) maybe one of the universes from sonic prime is maybe one where the universe is a "baby" land, kind of place, as a basic idea
