I think I have an idea to run by you. Its a kind of slave/medical one.
Basic Overview of start.
Underground auction kidnaps and sells young homeless kids for money. Normally not a lot depending on the physical looks of the kids. A girl is sold to a nurse with a fetish for medical scenes she can't preform inside mostly bondage and diapers.
