lil of both. They've adopted an out of sight out of mind policy with it, and I don't want to cause any undo stress on them with my diapers. My sister is clueless about it too.

well they know right? and if the doctor said it was harmless then in all honesty there shouldn't be a issue...but its understandable. also if the issue is that you get to warm while sleeping in a diaper theres ways around it

I can't sleep in a diaper. Tried during the time the family was in california for over a week, couldn't do it. Doesn't help that they check in on me in the morning.
