Okay. I won't sugar coat it since I believe that our friendship is strong enough for you to take any criticism that is necessary for your own good.
You are a caring, sweet person with a "Wild child" like quality (Hey, you're into Heavy Metal, are definitely a PS4 gamer girl, and enjoy anime, diaper art and music. You also get plus points from me since you're so open about being a lesbian and are open to most questions [No one can say that you're a prude!]). I understand that you've had a very traumatic childhood and have finally come to peace with your past (I don't know how you feel about your birth mother and father but I know that you love your dearly, departed adopted mother and rejoice that you got to be reunited with and have come to know your birth sister) and are fortunate to have found your soul mate, the love of your life, Jen. Here's the "Hard pill" to swallow - Jen works hard for you to keep you fed and in diapers (That's a little "Tongue in cheek" humor based off of your reality) but you don't cook (I know you clean) or contribute anything financially to your family (Jen and you). You're more like a sponge, just soaking up things but not giving back anything useful (I'm not talking about sex - That you have given back a lot) to help your family financially. Yes, you are living the "Dream" that most of us wish we could have but realistically cannot since we do not have a "Sugar Mommy" to take care of all of our needs. You could try to learn how to cook or find some legal way to make some money (Sell handmade crafts or something on eBay on a regular basis like a home based business?) to help out your family in case (God forbid) something happened to Jen which would make her incapable of working as a nurse (Is her inheritance large enough for the two of you two retire on if she suddenly can't work - Remember you no longer have a house but instead pay monthly rent for a large, four bedroom apartment)? I don't know if you're familiar with the character of
Peg Bundy from the sitcom "
Married with Children" (I loved that show!) but you're sort of like her except you clean and wear diapers! I'm sorry if that was a little too strong but I hope that it helps you for the better so that you can improve yourself as a person. Please know that I said all of that with love as a true friend who wants to help you~!
