The only one I don't really care for is Male/Male, though I can make special exceptions for that.

Otherwise, I am totally fine with Dominant Male with Submissive Female or Dominant Female with Submissive Male, or a scenario where they're both female (which, I assumed would be the default).

The Dragon Maid one is kind of a pet idea of mine because ever since I got my hands on the monster manual I thought the silver dragon had the traits of a CG.
