Just checking as gender bending Itachi gave me some very bad mental images of Sasuke resorting to incest via a bound Itachi and and using Itachi as a baby factory to bring the clan back from the brink by having pure Uchiha's as the first generation of the clan then make sure they had children with clans that would strength the Uchiha clan in one way or another. Yes I got a sick mind but that imagery likily was brought on from lack of sleep and the incest fanfics I stumble upon at night by chance when I look for something thats good not sick. Sorry I rambled but I would bet you a fanfic exists that has the very concept I mentioned
