Hmm okay. I could see that. Makes sense that more links exist, but every game always makes it seem like there's just one Link. Having a game that shows a lineage like Link.....Link......Link.....and now you Jack, your name is now Link. lol

Well given the one that is only 7 years older, he could be a bit playful with her and hold it over her as a sort of black mail I suppose.

that's from the book. The only thing missing is Link between Worlds because it wasn't out yet, it's already confirmed to be in between Link's Awakening and the Original Zelda.

Well we could do something like that still don't know what Link wuld do with finding out if Impa was still wearing diapers though.

It's all different Links.

Link is the same in OoT and MM but it's his descendant in TP because that takes place 100 years after MM. The OoT Link is long dead at that point and is the Hero's Shade that teaches TP Link his sword techniques.

The timeline splitting is because Zelda sends Link to just before they met so he could have his childhood and use his foreknowledge of the future to stop Ganondorf from getting to the sacred realm.

Link is an adult in Skyward Sword, or a teen if you want to put it that way, but he's not a child like OOT. The game talks about how the flood isn't there any longer.

From what I remember, after Majora's Mask, the evil there made the gods flood the planet, which leads into Wind Waker.

In Twilight Princess I'm pretty sure Link is an adult throughout the game as well. So to me it makes since that the flood is the only good point of reference. It's obviously flawed though.

From what I read Twilight is supposed to follow Ocarina, however they did a split timeline with Majora's Mask following the child timeline. But if you were to put it all together, I believe how I put it was right, or at least reasonable.

That's not the order of the timeline at all. Skyward Sword is at the very beginning about the origins of the master sword and Ocarina ends with a split timeline where Majorca's Mask and Twilight Prince are in the child timeline and Wind Waker is in the adult timeline

That's what I was referring to. According to Zelda lore, the order of games is Ocarina of time (without the time travel), Majora's mask, Wind Waker, Skyward Sword, then Twilight Princess. The major time factor being the flood in Wind Waker, Skyward Sword is about Link and others finding out about the ground etc, yet Link is supposed to be an ancestor and part of an ongoing lineage of like other Links. So it's all screwy.

I mean it might be cute if we did ocarina where Link walks in on Impa wearing diapers and changing herself or something and when he time travels, he finds her and knows she is wearing diapers and tries to find out if she's still wearing them or something.

Well it was.only seven years and considering they didn't change her character model I don't think Know aged all that much. And also there was another incarnation of Impact in Skyward Sword.that lived for.thousands of years so there's something up with the Sheikah.

Mmm his entire life is somewhat childlike. I mean the most adult Link becomes is the twilight world.

But that brings up another point of whether or not we include Impa. But Impa's timeline is super screwed up. Adult link would meet an old and very aged Impa, rather than the very young one that is in Ocarina of time.

I'm up for doing other shows though if we can't make this work. I'm also good for oc's if you want to try that.
