I would like the second idea better. RPs involving incontinence are something I never venture far into.

Well, one idea was set in a world where a certain percentage of people (about 10-15%) don't develop proper potty control. In this world, wearing diapers is as normal as being left handed, as is all the baby stuff that comes with it.
The story would probably follow either someone "normal" who wakes up in this world, or a teenager who gets diagnosed as one of the 15%, and isn't looking forward to a second babyhood.
The second idea was based a bit on the concept for the Diaper Dimension series of stories. A world where half the population are second class "littles". Here, one of these littles is coerced into becoming a tester for a diaper companies new range of diapers and accessories.
