Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

Well, from what I understand, Arsenal went by Red Arrow and Speedy, but in the CW version, Arsenal and Speedy are two different people. As for the Red Arrow moniker, it was shot down immediately

Hmm, I don't recall Arsenal wearing green, granted, I'm not too big a comic buff. I know Arsenal was Red Arrow in the comics at least. Oh, and he slept with Chesire, and apparently become impotent later on. Or he couldn't have sex with her after, you know, losing their duaghter and an arm

Well, this guy was wearing green, and he had the domino mask that you find on any Green Arrow picture. Also, the hood detail was specifically cloth, which is unlike the current Green Arrow's leathery hood

Huh, I recall Arsenal having a metal arm in the comics, after a villain that caused an earthquake that killed his daughter and beat most of the Justice League by downloading info about them cut his arm off. And then he got back on drugs, and listened the zombie ghost hallucination of his daughter Lian. He eventually gets better by burning his old house down with her in it
