This is true, I think it's quite plausible Urahara got an offer, I mean, we still haven't seen much close to his true power I don't think. Most the the team he doesn't fight seriously..Although why the hell he and Shinji didn't pull out all the stops and go Bankai on Aizen..Perhaps because of Aizen's power and accidentally hitting someone with it.

Yeah that'll work. I think I set up a bit of a daytime accident with Goten's belt though... hmmm might have to see how things progress.
Well I consider it since they both mention having seen the Soul King. And since Hikifune said that every member of the zero squad made something beneficial to the history of Soul Society I figured Urahara may have gotten an offer. I mean he invented a lot, but mostly he created the R&D department whihc could essentially become a breeding ground for future members of the Royal Guard.

And well, the Captain's didn't seem very warm towards the Zero squad members..And Urahara was the type to enjoy and care for his squad, kind of hard to give that up I'd imagine. As for Aizen..It probably suited his plot more to remain a regular Captain. That and he may not have since he was keeping some of his Bankai power to himself.

So, Idea for the DBZ RP, perhaps Goten sleeps over at Trunks' house at some point, and they find out about each others little issue that way?

Probably that's how he knew of the risks when telling Ichigo. I also sort of believe that Urahara and Aizen may have been offered promotions to the zero squad but they refused from some reason or another.

Come to think of it you're right..He probably has used the final Getsuga in the past, and lost his powers as a result..I hadn't actually considered that until now haha..

A bit of it might also be losing all of his powers since he was powerless at the start and that would explain why Yuzu is unable to see spirits like her siblings, considering that it was also revealed that Masaki was a quincy and in an arranged marriage with Ishida's father.

There are few things I would put past Aizen..But even then, if he left for love, it might have just been him pushing S.S. completely off of him. Or again, Aizen alerting them to his interests.

Well it does seem to have something to do with meeting Masaki, and Aizen seems like he might be involved... I actually think Ranigku may actually be aware of his hiding though, considering she was the only one who saw him during the Fake Karakura Town arc, and hopefully him being her captain might put some meaning behind her words to Momo about it being the highest honor for a vice-captain to receive their captain's last words.

Yeah, I mean I understand like new people..But whatever..
And no I didn't although it really was heavily speculated..I have to wonder exactly why he retired however..Or if it was even allowed.
