I could see that being more of a special thing to do with her, potentially. Otherwise I think reducing the avatar to more of a dirty baby state would fit Kuvira's style.

I was thinking, after Kuvira kicks Korra´s ass outside Zhao Fu (I think that´s how the city´s name is spelled), she abducts her, and begins trying to make her her little love slave/baby avatar
