Well it'd more make things worse on Kakashi rather then Anko as it'd only strengthen her negative feelings towards Kakashi while possibly making her more bitter at those in charge for denying her given how now its once again at the forefront of her thoughts but now with little to no grief keeping the thought from being so stronger

I like it too. And yes, I could see him trying to deflect/turn the accusation back to her, making everything even worse for both of them.

Oh I like that.. Which given the circumstances of Anko's life and former teacher I can get her being denied and if Kakashi tried to turn her accusation back to her she'd have even more negative feelings towards him

Okay. Maybe it can be a while after she dies, so Anko has more of a reason to blame him for not acting enough on Kushina’s behalf and helping Naruto more?
