How about a general purpose agency? Hmm I do have a oc for mha but admittedly I'm more interested in doing something with Toga recently.

Well the two characters would have a mother daughter relationship and to change things yp they can be different kinds of heroes instead of crime fighters and be based somewhere different than a city. One thing i love about MHA is that crime fighting isn't the only kind of jobs hero agencies can specialize in and they can be based in different biomes, the sea, and even space. So we don't have to just be crime fighters in a big city.

Yeah, they probably have access to rubber. So they can make rubber nipples for bottles and pacifiers.

Yes you haven't gotten there in the anime but they have someone who does alchemy. As for crafting they have the dwarves
