Yeah but I never assumed the Stork lie would be born from such a matter .. Now I wonder about the origins of how people started the lie of babies grown in a vegetable garden as the lie existed in varies forms long time before the toyline of the cabbage patch dolls was a thing

Oh hey you know the old lie about Babies delivered by Storks? Well turns out there is a odd basis in fact about this as there was once a time thanks to loopholes in mailing laws it was for a time legally a thing that a person could pay to have children sent by mail to another location and such cases did happen oddly enough

Also fun fact Fluttershy's design is of a G1 regular pony and well thanks to the animation quality or tv quality (unsure which) at the time you never could tell the cutie mark was butterflies till years later unless you had the toy or comics... Anyway I could see Megan accidently calling Fluttershy that ponies name a lot as a side affect of this matter and the ponies name was Posey.

Another fun fact the house in the barn when megan was Brought to Ponyland you can see actually has a cutie mark for some reason despite being a regular horse
