Okay then will need to think on that one but off the top of my head a safe bet is Anko in this scenario given her early canon portrayal before the writing for her was dialed back and well how far the fandom has taken her portrayal in the fan works its a sure fire thing she'd be the type to screw with and humiliate aswell as degrade Kakashi as much as she could if she felt like making him a target at some point... Which seeing as its a thing in canon from mostly extra reading material she was close with Kushina when the woman was alive to the point of seeing Kushina as a role model and older sister/mother figure, I could see her blaming Kakashi for Kushina having got killed and thus sense then always after him to make him look like a fool or worse... After all Kakashi was Minato's student and well hes alive but the other students are not aswell as Minato and Kushina are dead... so its possible she could blame him for being why Kushina is gone

Humm possibly depends on Kakashi's age you wanna go with .. As are we talking Kid Kakashi here or adult Kakashi? Yes that question matters as it givens me a general idea of the pool of characters that would be alive at the time for me to figure out who might be workable here...

As for Marvel related yeah there is a lot we can pull from for such a concept for sure hell its a canon thing that Marvel and DC has crossover overs between the two at varies times in the current canon of the main universe/timeline/earth so we have even more stuff to pull from if we want to pull from Marvel and DC for things …

Yeah but the time we tried it wasn't working for you so I'd rather not risk one dying from that reason again... Though sorry again bout the Naruto one as that might of worked if not for the stupidity of the writing of Boruto in how it ended up using time travel in the ip that soured me to the concept in the IP its linked to

Though If we work with a IP and base it on a character that the concept of humiliating and degrading a character makes sense to them we could maybe work something out... For examples of this here are some that are just off the top of my head...

Sakura in part one of the Naruto series humiliating and degrading Naruto badly could really made a lot of sense for her character given how she was written for a decent enough chunk of it

Avatar the last Airbender could work using Azula as the one humiliating and degrading another as given how she is written she seems the type to get a thrill and joy out of such a thing

Equestria Girls; Sunset Shimmer atleast in the first movie seems like the type to take joy and such in humiliating and degrading anothers heck its even sorta implied the series that she would do such as it was fun and thrilling for her before she changed

In Marvel comics there is plenty of charaters at points it'd make sense for them to be into humiliating and degrading another
