How would a second person be involved in this? If it were a story, the discovery aspect would be the obvious point, but if it were an rp, it's hard to see where a good start point would be for two people.

she stricks me as the type who would try diffent things if she was alone and if it peaks her interest.

Well the most obvious way is an injury sustained from her crime fighting. Even in the show it showed Videl dodging bullets shot at her.
Next obvious would be the stress of living up to the expectations on being Mr. Satan's daughter.
I prefer less obvious routes, things that make an rp/story unique. Kinda like how I'm gonna get Jeri from digimon in diapers for her single chapter story ^^
