Well last time I did this scenario we had a fragment of the core show up and briefly possess Marcy again as the final conflict. We don't necessarily have to to the same thing, but it might help to have something else going on/

So there's two options, both set after the 10 year timeskip with the three girls all in a poly relationship.

1. Two of them convince the third to be a baby to give the two of them "mommy practice, and let the third have a break. (Before I did this with Sasha and Anne babying Marcy, but other combos could work)

2. Anne or all three of them agree to let her mom baby them for a while to get her to stop pestering them about grandchildren.
