They have to spend the rest of their time in high school learning and being babied at daycare. The first challenge is say uncle. Basically they have to pick random cards and they have to do the thing on it like take tons of laxatives and or be a sissy girl for the day and other baby stuff.

Does the punishment end once the games over or is it something their stuck doing
