It's possible that the Rearz Rebels design was inspired by that baby diaper design just like the Fabine Exclusive Dreamlike Jeans Design (See -> here) was inspired by the jeans baby diaper design by Huggies and other baby diaper manufacturers. It's a common practice for the adult diaper market to look to the baby diaper market for the next innovation in design whether it's functional (e.g. SAP [Super Absorbent Polymer] gel in the padding of a diaper) or aesthetic (Art design pattern on the waterproof backsheet of a diaper)!
