Okay, that's fine with me. So, for the setup, my idea would be a girl being hired as a diaper tester. She assumes she won't be actually wearing them and just blindly signs a contract. In the company which does the testing she is then held captive and forced to do all kinds of things and the supervisor also has her fun with the girl, leading to forced messing, hypnosis and all of the good stuff. And later on maybe physical regression if you're fine with that.
