I was salty. I got sacked so hard lol xD Some of the best players got knocked out early, the not-as-good-players got to go on. I just wish it would've been best of 3 lol.

My deck in vanguard is all about poking the rearguards to swing at my opponent's vanguard at the proper times. :/ when I lose turn 3 because of double triggers, I can't even do anything lol.

One time I lost so bad at a Yugioh tournament, that I remade my deck to a defensive style one; wasn't anywhere close as effective as the one I had lost with initially. Never really recovered from it.

True. I'mma be building a new deck hopefully over the next couple of weeks, so, I'll see how that turns out. *Flops* Uuuuugh strep sucks X_X

Yeah, card games are mostly luck; the best you can do is increase you odds by customizing your deck, but it still comes down to the luck of the draw and timing more often then not. One of the reasons why I no longer play IRL.

*Shrugs* I dunno. I went to the Cardfight Vanguard regionals yesterday. :/ the problem with the game is that, it's a lot of getting lucky and triggering at the right time. I got sacked, so hard, I was so salty lol. IT would've been okay if it were 2/3, but, it was a best of 1 format. X_X
