She, like most of the other members of the team, still has a room at the base that she can stay at temporarily. It's sparsely decorated, with probably the bath and wardrobe being the most well-stocked anything there (because you don't want to walk to from the zeta tube to your house covered in drying blood, mud, and a dirty costume), but it's functional on a temporary basis.

As for picking up M'gann, I'm assuming she's not heavier than she looks, but remember that even the "powerless" heroes are a good deal stronger than their real-life human expectations. For instance, Greyson once punched a concrete wall and caused a massive crack to form. It would take some straining, but less straining than it would in real life.

How is Artemis able to lift M'gann with ease? She probably has decent arm strength from archery but still that's an entire person. Also Artemis doesn't live at the base. If this is during season 1 then she lives with her mother. If its season 2 then she lives with Wally
