No problem, I was asking about the powerful shock from the generator, since it was enough to temporarily paralyze momo and also knock her onto her butt, would that be an excuse we could use to make her fully incontinent?
For now I want to focus more on Videl and 18, with quick breaks for Mai, but then we can go to only Mai once they head home

Oh OK yeah I've seen stuff like that before, just usually associate it with straight BDSM as its usually done more for generic sexy purposes, though with the ball/paci gag, and the arms and legs actually being tied together that does make it more BDSM

Basically
So picture one character naked with ribbons around her breasts like a make shift top. It's done up with a cute bow in the front. Likewise there's ribbons wound around her wrists and arms that are attached to her chest ribbons so it acts like a shirt. Her legs are done up in a similar fashion but there done up and attached to a cute see through pair of plastic panties that are locked in place but the ribbon bows on each side hide the locks. Lastly picture a adorable ribbon done up in her hair with a bow in the back. This ribbcan also act as a way to hold either a ball gag or pacifier gag in place.
