Not really much of a regression type, but I do like bring tricked into being a baby.
With big hero 6 I was thinking gogo had a bed wetting problem. Being that gogo never has a sleep over with honey. She pushes into having a sleepover only to discover gogo wears pull ups to bed. So she talks gogo into showing her the garment. Doing so gogo gets embarrassed a bit but shows her. But upon doing such honey gets curious about gogo using it so she asks her to use it.
She begins to see gogo as a baby and talks her into several things for various things

Basically, there is a medical condition that effects a percent of the population and causes them to slowy mentally regress. The RP would follow person that had just been diagnosed with the condition and their care giver. Some people will volunteer to 'adopt' people with this condition to take care of them. Thought?
