If we dont do anything sexual, then the gender of character doesn't really matter. If there is a sexual component, I think I have a male preference because could lead to some interesting scenes. (Like, he gets a boner and doesn't know what to do with it.) But both could be interesting in different ways, if they meet another character who realizes how little they know.

As for top v bottom, I have a small preference to be a top for diaper stuff and a bottom for sex things, but I'm flexible for either. Do you have any preferences?

So 1) what gender would you prefer for it? The faerie might be gender-less by it's nature, but still the body it takes should be boy or girl.

A changeling who knows what the other is going through would work. Could be a babysitter.

Sex can be used, but then we have to talk different ages, i guess...

As for the potty training - well, I think they can have, say, a sibling, who would be kind enough to explain to their brother or sister the things that should be obvious to them; the other option is having another changeling who was there before and figured it all out, in arole of afriend, babysitter or someone else.

That could work. Would they have anyone on their side trying to help them blend in / use the potty. I see a lot of room for exploration of their own bodies and self discovery. Do you like sex in your RPs? The changeling could be completely unfamiliar with that too.

What you thing of this: changeling. Faerie replaces teh human child, disguised like one and for the first time in their life posessing certain needs, which only apply to mortal wprld and human physical body. Of course, their human parents would punish the kid who suddenly started to wet or mess their pants and eventually put them in diapers again. Faerie, though they might dislike it, cannot change backa nd return to their world for one or another reasone.
Then I say "child", I actually would ptefer an age from pre-teen to early teen, but I'm open to different preferences. also, I cannot decide on top or bottom role in that, I guess it will depand on teh details...

Actually, I'm flexible wrt to top or bottom. Body age doesn't matter either. I've laid out what I want to he in the RP, everything else is customizable.
