How about we have chopper start wetting himself from a lack of confidence in his fighting abilities ever since the fight with Kuma and he realizes when he starts having accidents he starts to become more toddlerish in everything eventually leading to him going full baby and basically peeing and pooping himself

I would definitely go for the babied by the straw hat's version the crew has a nice dynamic going why be a shame not to use it.
There needs to be some reason for chopper having to wear diapers and then expanding into the crew's baby and then perhaps they even need to have a new doctor (?) and also his wanted poster updated later.
But he still needs to have all his memories to play off on but being too scared to fight or even think about using any of his other forms.

Yeah I would like to do one I was thinking we have chopper either going to a preschool and be babied there or we have him get babied by the straw hats also love your image
