The idea is that she needs to stay in a childlike mentality in order for her quirk to work, and also gets little respect from the other heroes for it.
Is Urara the OC you want to use?

Maybe she needs them because of bladder problems.
As for the OC, I was thinking they'd be in diapers due to a quirk giving them control over babyish stuff, like diapers, blocks, and rattles. What do you think?
