Like its totally normal for a kid his age to be toddling around in pampers! Maybe he can load them and then fall on his butt and cry...
I think the dress should come in later sissy. Also I think the good team is Amethyst and Pearl, I like Garnet but 3 is a bit much imo.

That sounds fun! I was thinking when he wants to start being a baby again he just shocks the gems by just waddling around the house in a shirt/jacket and diaper. Or wear a pretty dress and diaper! Who will put him in chastity and treat him like a kitten?

I think the same basic Idea of Steven wanting to be a bab after traveling and finding out thats the thing he is good at still works! but maybe have him not come out straight out that he wants to be a baby but just casually start acting like one like its no big deal, not even explaining himself. Also maybe throw in some pet play stuff like him wanting to be a kitty along side our usual chasity stuffs.
