Okay guess that could work but how about Starmie instead since it is also a Psychic type plus a water type which i think would make sense for Misty.
if not then i was also thinking Jynx.

I’m not really into Psyduck myself, maybe it should be a Kadabra and they heard the stories about her mistreating Psyduck.

I'd think a Kanto Pokemon like Pikachu would make more sense but it be hard for a Pikachu to baby Misty it's self i feel maybe it should be a pokemon couple that adopts Misty.
Maybe if you didn't mind playing him to it could be Psyduck with a Pikachu wife and they took over Misty Gym.
Plus it give reason for Misty to be put in embarrassing situations since Psyduck may want to get a little pay back for how Misty treated him sometimes.

I guess it can be a different Pokemon i just thought Psyduck would make sense plus be kind of funny

I do like Misty wearing just a diaper, and being made to wear only a diaper, but can I pick a different Pokémon? Also Misty could be made to clean the pool, or serve drinks. Heck maybe the Pokémon got her sisters to as harem diapered maids.
