I think all three of those ideas are quite fun to me the first one is my favorite but the second one could be altered slightly and it could be a scientist regressed in a lab accident

Yeah. Thirds idea I made at least twice in the past. There is a zombie plaque in the world that turns all furs into baby brained, diaper-wearing zombies who just want to make others cute and happy. Kinda like joy virus from Gumball episode. My character is one of such zombabs but somehow managed to keep his big boy mind. He simply trodes around the city literally crawling with infected, trying to find food and your character finds them and takes them in

The second idea (based on a story from FurAffinity), your character moves into a nice suburb and into a house that is next to my character. They discover that my character is actually a babyfur who got regressed in accident. They live alone and struggle a bit with that so your character decides to help out and take care of them

First idea, your character wakes up in a beautiful place full of babies and toddlers as baby themselve. They discover they're actually dead and this place in heaven. My character is a long time resident who decides to take up your character as baby sibling and teach them all about fun they can have in the heaven
