As for the scenario itself, I was figuring that for the Vanilla/Chris plotline it could be a situation where Chris is hanging out with Cream at her house when he accidentally spills some water on his pants. Vanilla sees this and assumes that he wet himself, so she has him wear diapers for the rest of the day just to be safe, with the condition that if he has an accident again then he has to wear them for longer. For the Rouge/Tails side of things, I was thinking that one of Tails' inventions would backfire and zap him with a special kind of shock that would render him unable to hold in his bladder, and Rouge leaps at the opportunity to have him wear diapers and tease him constantly about it.

Also, whatever you're comfortable with. Everyone I've talked to has preferred Discord so far.
