Hmm that is different than what I’ve done before.
Do you want it all to be consensual? Or possibly they are delivering supplies and he offers them his home to rest in for the night and to be pampered? Starting with a massage that puts them so at rest they fall aslee and wake up in a nursery?

They could both end up in diapers. As for plot, we could have it that the two of them are making a delivery to a wealthy and prestigious man (who could be Matt), and he has them as his guests and eventually entices both of them into being padded.
